Purpose

Every year, the Missoula County Grants and Community Resources Department conducts a Housing and Community Development Survey (previously referred to as the Community Needs Assessment) to gauge the community’s needs related to housing, public infrastructure, community facilities and economic development. Community feedback informs grant acquisition efforts and is the first step in determining how to prioritize applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funding.
