“Coroner Report”
Requests for Coroner reports must be approved by the Chief Deputy Coroner prior to dissemination. Submit a request in person or via email directly the Sheriff’s Office MCSOrecords@missoulacounty.us

The Sheriff’s Office does not investigate Accidents. While deputies may respond to assist, Highway Patrol is the primary investigative agency for all Motor Vehicle Accidents outside the city limits. Please contact Highway Patrol for further information.
A person’s local Booking History will only be released to that individual (copy of Identification must be included with request) or to a third party with a Release of Information form attached. Submit a request for a booking history in person or online Public Records Requests | Missoula County, MT
