Sxwtpqyen Neighborhoods Form Based Code is a form-based code which implements the mixed-use vision for the Sxwtpqyen community. 

Legacy Zoning Districts are zoning districts that have not been amended, superseded, or rescinded by the adoption of updated zoning regulations.  Any mention of the Missoula County Zoning Regulations within Legacy District documents refers to the 2017 Zoning Regulations which were in effect prior to the 2022 Zoning Update.

Citizen Zoning Districts are areas where residents want zoning. Residents chose the boundaries and proposed the regulations.
